HOOLIE GINGER: Just pour a shot of Hoolie over ice then top with Fever-Tree ginger ale and a squeezed wedge of fresh lime. It’s quick, simple, tasty as hell – and should be your new favourite first drink this Spring and Summer.
MANX DAIQUIRI: The classic daiquiri is one of the five classic cocktails. Just rum, sugar and lime. Our recipe is here where we use 50ml of Hoolie and a small splash of our Hurricane overproof rum.
